HCL Infosystems Ltd. has signed an agreement for acquiring Edurix Business of designing and implementing content for the K-12 education segment.
Edurix Business is part of Attano Media and Education Private Ltd. It is believed that the company is looking at creating pocket-friendly products that cater to various segments of consumers, especially students.
