ZTE Corporation has entered an agreement to provide managed services to Colombian mobile operator Comcel. ZTE is said to provide equipment including BTS and power equipment as part of the agreement.
Zhang Dianjun, VP, ZTE Columbia said, "We are pleased with the expansion of telecoms services in Colombia and the South American market. The agreement with Comcel will help the operator provide customized services to its users."
