Building on its engineering and innovation footprint in India, RUCKUS Networks expands into manufacturing while demonstrating tangible progress following the Belden acquisition.
Belden Inc., a leading global provider of complete connection solutions, has announced the footprint expansion in India of RUCKUS Networks, a Belden brand, leveraging Belden's established manufacturing capabilities in Pune to produce ICX ethernet switching for customers across the country. This operational milestone marks an important first step in how Belden and RUCKUS Networks are combining to deliver tangible business outcomes following the acquisition, while expanding RUCKUS Networks' access to new customer and market opportunities.
RUCKUS Networks’ expansion builds on its broader commitment in India across innovation, engineering, customer success, and talent development. Bengaluru serves as the company's largest global site for R&D and customer success, complemented by Belden's Customer Innovation Center, which brings together customers, partners, and experts to co-develop and validate new solutions. In Chennai, RUCKUS Networks established its Research & Design (R&D) Centre in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology Madras Research Park (IITMRP), supporting software development, engineering talent, and networking innovation. The addition of Pune extends this footprint into manufacturing, creating a stronger end-to-end presence across innovation, customer engagement, and operations.
