Partha Pratim Sengupta has been appointed as the new Managing Director and CEO of Bandhan Bank, taking over from Ratan Kumar Kesh, who had been serving as the interim MD & CEO since July 10, 2024.
With Sengupta's arrival, Kesh will revert to his previous role as Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer. Sengupta brings extensive experience from his tenure in the banking industry, including leadership roles at the State Bank of India, and is expected to guide Bandhan Bank in its growth and strategic initiatives.
