CII unveils job portal for disabled people with Monster

Speaking at the inaugural session of CII Industry-NGO connect ,Piruz Khambatta, Chairman, CII (WR) CSR Sub-Committee & Chairman, Rasna Pvt Ltd. has mentioned that there was an immense need felt to bring together the various stakeholders and create a platform for industry to connect with NGO’s. Identifying this need CII has conceptualized an Industry – NGO Connect, which aims to bring together stakeholders through interface and dialogue the key issues that are pain points for the Nation.

Piruz Khambatta said, “I want India to be a Happy Nation” and this would only happen if industry takes part in nation building through CSR activities in partnership with NGOs. He also feels “ciispecialabilityjobs.in job portal would go a long way in meeting the needs of specially able people to find job and also companies who would like to give them jobs, that way this would benefit both companies as well as specially able people. As these people have skill sets so unique, that it can add immense value to the organization.”

This initiative will also attempt to reach out to individuals and organizations, by integrating them with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) aspirations of corporates, for attaining the goal of inclusive and sustainable development through collaborative arrangements.
