Actor Ben Affleck in his recent interview confessed that his divorce with Jennifer Garner was the biggest mistake of his life, and he regrets it completely.
While discussing the movie, he currently is a part of, the actor opened up about how he started drinking more as his marriage to his former Daredevil co-star began to crumble. He confessed, “The biggest regret of my life is this divorce. Shame is really toxic. There is no positive by-product of shame. It’s just stewing in a toxic, hideous feeling of low self-worth and self-loathing.”
He further says he is trying to drink away the pain, and is trying it honestly.
