The Gartner Hype Cycle Report for Communications Service Provider Operations, 2013 has recognized Elitecore Technologies as a sample vendor in the category, Integrated Policy and Charging Solutions.

It also has the ability to enhance the quality of experience for end-users by dynamically allocating network resources based on subscriber preference. As CSPs engage in new business models that involve partnering with Internet-based over the top providers, the use of integrated policy and charging solutions can enhance subscriber loyalty through personalization and create new opportunities to monetize resource consumption.
