SapphireIMS aims to maintain 90% CAGR in Current Fiscal

SapphireIMS has announced that it has achieved 90% CAGR. With an aim to expand its business reach in the Western and Northern regions, the company looks forward to maintain the same CAGR percentage in the current financial year.
 
As per SapphireIMS, it has gone through significant growth due to the array of portfolio offerings which include Service Desk, Assent Lifecycle Management, Business Service Monitoring and Service Automation. Managed Service Providers are increasingly using SapphireIMS in their engagements.
