The Invenia-brand digital infrastructure firm's new subsidiary will build connectivity infrastructure and secure telecom licences to serve hyperscalers, data-center operators and enterprises as part of its broader expansion plans.
STL Networks Limited, a leading digital infrastructure services company operating under the Invenia brand, has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary for its data-center connectivity business. The proposed subsidiary is intended to support the company's data-center expansion plans and address the growing connectivity requirements of hyperscalers, data-center operators and enterprises.
Part of a broader data-center push
The move forms part of STL Networks' wider plan to expand its presence in the data-center market. As data-center campuses grow in scale and complexity, the ability to connect them reliably with cloud, enterprise and telecom networks is becoming an increasingly important part of customer requirements, the company said.

Building infrastructure and securing licences
The wholly-owned subsidiary will build and own the digital infrastructure and obtain the relevant telecom licences needed to deliver connectivity services to customers. This is expected to add a dedicated services platform for data-center connectivity, enabling the company to develop an integrated offering for customers and take greater ownership of delivery across the infrastructure and connectivity lifecycle.
The subsidiary is expected to strengthen STL Networks' presence across the AI data-center ecosystem and create a focused platform to pursue connectivity-led opportunities alongside its existing infrastructure business.
