The policy shall be applicable for the feature phones, and would get started from the day of purchase/activation (whichever is earlier). It will help empower the trust for Ziox products in the minds of the consumers and will help maintain the right quality and service in the cluttered mobile market.
The Ziox Advantage of 111 Replacement Policy will cover selective states which includes Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand, Bihar, Maharashtra, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The policy in future might be extended to pan India.
The “111 Replacement Policy” for feature phones will be effective from February 2017 onwards.
